Goals

To empower agents to increase their productivity through an intuitive and multitasking interface, helping them progress along the sales funnel more effectively, while allowing all functionalities to be accessed across any devices.

Challenge

-Agents were reluctant to enter client data or adopt new systems. -Data on inventory (property assets) was stored as flat files. -Consolidating and streamlining numerous microprocesses to expediate business administrative tasks.

Tactics

-We worked closely with agents to understand fully the different workflows and needs that occur at different stages of the sales cycle. -To encourage

adoption of the platform, we developed different interfaces for different stages of the sales period. This allowed us to minimise options given on any one screen to facilitate a smoother workflow for agents, while catering for the many different workflows in the group’s various companies. -We simplified the user interface to encourage data entry and adoption of the tool. -We integrated at-a-glance updates on a personalised dashboard. -We built a complex 3D inventory stack to improve property visualisation and improve user experience. -We created a fully automated and electronic tracking of business processes, personally customised to clients’ preferences and phases reached in the sales funnel.
